Why Pass Britain Exists
When friends of ours were preparing for the Life in the UK test, we looked at the apps available and found that many felt difficult to use or unclear. We wanted preparation to feel current, focused and approachable.
So we built something better. First for our friends, then for everyone else. Pass Britain is the app we wished existed: accurate, up to date, and actually pleasant to use.
Our practice questions are based on topics in the official Life in the United Kingdom handbook. They are original study questions, not questions copied from the confidential official test bank.
We also added features that no other app offers: Bertie, an AI tutor that explains tricky topics in plain English; audio lessons you can listen to on your commute; and a spaced-repetition study mode that focuses on the questions you find hardest.
