You can reset your study progress from your Profile page under Settings. This clears all quiz history and readiness scores so you can start fresh.

Can I get a refund?

Yes. Premium comes with a 14-day money-back guarantee. Email us within 14 days of purchase and we'll process a full refund, no questions asked. For iOS or Android purchases, refunds are handled through the respective app store.

Is Pass Britain the official test?

No. Pass Britain is a study tool, not the official exam. The official Life in the UK Test is administered by the Home Office and must be booked through GOV.UK. Our questions are based on the same official handbook used for the real exam.
