We strive to ensure our content is accurate and up-to-date, but we do not guarantee that using our service will result in passing the official test.

3. User Accounts

  • You must provide accurate information when creating an account
  • You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account
  • You must be at least 13 years old to use this service
  • One account per person — no sharing accounts

4. Free Trial

  • New users may be eligible for a 3-day free trial of Premium features
  • The trial provides full access to all Premium features at no cost
  • After the trial period ends, you can continue using the free tier or upgrade to Premium
  • Each account is eligible for only one free trial
  • No payment information is required to start a trial

5. Premium Purchase

  • Premium is a one-time purchase of £9.99 that provides lifetime access
  • On iOS and Android, payments are processed through the respective app stores
  • On web, payments are processed securely through Stripe
  • We reserve the right to modify premium features, though we'll notify you of significant changes

6. Refund Policy

  • 14-Day Money-Back Guarantee: If you're not satisfied with Premium, contact us within 14 days of purchase for a full refund
  • Refunds are processed to the original payment method
  • For app store purchases (iOS/Android), refund requests must go through Apple or Google
  • We may decline refund requests if there is evidence of abuse (e.g., extensive feature usage followed by refund request)

7. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Copy, redistribute, or sell our content
  • Attempt to reverse engineer the app or access unauthorized data
  • Use automated tools to scrape questions or content
  • Share your account credentials with others
  • Use the service for any illegal purpose

8. Intellectual Property

All content, including questions, explanations, and app design, is owned by Pass Britain or its licensors. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our written permission.

9. Disclaimer

Pass Britain is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. While we strive for accuracy, we cannot guarantee that our content matches the official test exactly or that using our service will result in passing the Life in the UK test. Always refer to the official Home Office handbook for authoritative information.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Pass Britain shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service, including but not limited to failure to pass the official test.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. We'll notify you of significant changes via email or in-app notification. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
