Delete your Pass Britain account

You can permanently delete your account and associated study data from the Android app, or request deletion here if you no longer have the app installed.

In the app

Delete immediately

  1. 1. Open the Settings tab.
  2. 2. Scroll to Delete Account.
  3. 3. Review the warning and confirm.

Without the app

Send a deletion request

Email us from, or identify, the email address used for your Pass Britain account. We may ask you to verify ownership before deletion. Never send a password or one-time sign-in code.

If you are unsure which email is linked to your account, contact support before submitting your request. We will explain the verification step without asking for your password or one-time code.

What deletion covers

We delete your Pass Britain account, authentication records, study progress, quiz and mock-test results, preferences, onboarding data, tutor history, and account-linked premium status or purchase linkage. We aim to complete verified requests promptly and within 30 days.

Limited transaction or security records may be retained only where required for legal, tax, accounting, fraud-prevention, or dispute purposes. Deleting Pass Britain does not itself erase transaction records held independently by Google Play, Apple, or Stripe.
